And that worked well for me. But after a couple of meetings with teachers, especially reading teachers, we started pulling together resources for "The Diary of Anne Frank," like videos uploaded to YouTube, and simple searches using Google and RSS feeds to tie into other schools who are doing the same readings.

My advice, and the practice I am following, is to do some reconaissance in terms of what the teachers are doing in their classrooms before I meet with them. That way I can do some preliminary page-building in PageFlakes to see where the research takes me. So much fun that they pay us to do this!

Thanks for finding me and I look forward to finding your work out there.Anonymoushttps://www.blogger.com/profile/08156784418545421424noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-6849319076574250282.post-7300719826580279272007-02-07T09:19:00.000-05:002007-02-07T09:19:00.000-05:00Patrick

I came to your blog through a comment you left on Remote Access...which leads to a question. I will be downloading Will's presentation so I can listen to it but I would also like to enlist your help. As I guide my staff to RSS and blogs I am having more trouble with content area stuff. You say you started building pageflakes for content areas during the workshop...Any suggestions.Barbara Barreda K-8 Administrator, Tech integration advocate, Going 1:1 with netbookshttps://www.blogger.com/profile/07535523713482852906noreply@blogger.com
